Voice Mail

Overview

Voice Mail allows the sending of voice emails. Voice emails are recorded by the use of a microphone. Once created emailAI Pro will compress the voice recorded and send it to the recipient specified.

Sending a voice mail can be done by clicking the Voice Email button on the side tool bar or by clicking the Voice Email button in the delivered queue. When sending a Voice Email from the delivered queue the email is automatically addressed.
