Full-Featured Anti-Spam Protection for Windows
Brisbane, Queensland, Australia - Software Development Pty Ltd has released emailAI Pro, a professional mail server for Windows that makes it easy to keep spam out of users' inboxes. Unlike rigid spam filters that force users to adopt a particular anti-spam regimen, emailAI Pro offers a full range of spam-busting options that each installation can tailor to its needs.
emailAI Pro lets you choose from a powerful selection of anti-spam tools. Internet-based lists of known spammers' IP addresses let you lock out major offenders. The sender address verification (SAV) system ensures that incoming emails were sent from real addresses. emailAI Pro checks the destination web site URLs in emails to see if users are being sent to known spammers' sites.
You can use blacklists of email addresses and domains to block mail, or whitelists of friends and colleagues that ensure that their mail is always delivered. It's easy to block all IP addresses from a particular country or region. You can block emails that contain particular words and phrases. The "only allow" protection system is an extremely restrictive filter that is designed to keep kids safe, allowing only emails from a pre-defined list of known addresses.
emailAI Pro has a built-in artificial intelligence (AI) filtering system that looks at emails that have been successfully delivered and emails that have been previously identified as spam. The program analyzes the patterns of earlier emails, and builds filters that are relevant to your company. The program even includes a challenge and response system that requires senders to verify that their email is not spam.
In addition to its powerful spam protection, emailAI Pro has all of the features that you would expect in a professional mail server. The software has four built-in servers (web, IMAP, POP, and SMTP) to handle all of your emailing requirements. emailAI Pro can retrieve mail from an unlimited number of POP servers. It can delete emails directly on the POP server, so users don't have to waste time downloading spam or waiting while their workstations process spam.
emailAI Pro includes auto-responders, customized phrase-based responders, email encryption and decryption, voice email, email tracking, a sophisticated file retrieval system, and mailing list management.
emailAI Pro includes two additional programs: emailAI Pro Jnr, an optional user client that indicates when new mail arrives by sending voice mail, or through ring tone or popup alerts; and emailAI Pro Outlook, a plugin that enables direct integration of some of the main facilities of the emailAI Pro console into Microsoft Outlook.
The emailAI Pro Engine and Console run as a system service on Windows 2000/2003/XP/Vista. emailAI Pro costs $290(US) per installation, with unlimited users, and unlimited installation of the emailAI Pro Jnr and emailAI Pro Outlook modules. Special licenses are available without charge for nonprofits, government, and news media organizations. A limited Lite version is available for $29(US).
