Phrase Based Auto Responders

Overview

An extension to Auto Responders where you can specify certain phrases that execute certain Auto Responders. This is useful for matching phrases in a support email with typical replies. For instance someone emails support asking about price lists. The system can then automatically reply back to them with the price list with no user intervention. Phrase based responders can be set to individual local accounts (who the email was addressed to) for maximum flexibility.

How To Use

Setting up a Phrase Based Responder

Add a Auto Resopnder, add a Phrase Based Response then use Local Accounts to assign the phrases entered to be active on that particular account.

Last Matched

When the phrase was last matched and used.

Matches

The total times this phrase has been matched and responded to.
