Overview

email AI Pro is an advance mail server that works with or without an existing mail server such as Microsoft Exchange.

With integration of tools like emailAI Pro Jnr and the Microsoft Outlook 2007 plugin emailAI Pro not only stops spam but allows organizations to better handle their mail while also bringing new features to email.

When emailAI Pro receives an email message directly by SMTP the following takes place. Note because some features can be disabled some parts of the following diagram may be skipped.

Pop mail retrieval is much the same process as above except that mail delivery can not be prevented. However emailAI Pro can delete emails on the POP mail server before downloading them in certain situations.

Rule Processing

Rule processing allows for advanced mail management using Regular Expressions to match against incoming emails. Various actions and criteria are available for allowing vast flexibility. For more information on rules see the emailAI ProRules section.
