Voice Mail

Overview

Voice Mail allows the sending of voice emails. Voice emails are recorded by the use of a microphone. Once created emailAI Pro will compress the voice recorded and send it to the recipient specified.

Sending a voice mail can be done by clicking the Voice Email button on the side tool bar or by clicking the Voice Email button in the queues. When sending a Voice Email from the queues the email is automatically addressed.

Email Details

To

Select or enter the email address to send the email to.

Subject

The subject for the email.

From email

Select or enter a email address to say who this voice email was from.

From name

The name who the email should be addressed from

Actions

Record

Record a voice email via the attached microphone

Play

Plays back a recorded voice email

Send Email

Sends the voice email

Attachments

Add

Adds a file attachment to the email

Remove

Removes the selected file attachment from the email
