Encryption Keys
Overview
Emails, as people are aware are sent across the internet in plain text allowing anyone to read them during their trasport. emailAI Pro has an option that allows automatic encryption of emails addressed to certain people on the "White List" by a certain pre-defined encryption key. Different encyrption keys may be for differerent recipients. If the recipient has emailAI Pro they simply add them to their encryption key list and emailAI Pro will automatically decrypt the emails coming to them. If they don't have emailAI Pro they can use "Digital Fortress" to decode the email. Details of where to get digital fortress and instructions for its use are in the email they receive that is encrypted. Privacy is important, with emailAI Pro's 128bit advanced email encryption technology emails can be 100% protected from prying eyes and virus manipulation.
The emailAI Pro Engine will automatically encrypt emails sent to entries on the white list that have an encryption key set. Emails are automaitically decrypted if an available decryption key is in the encryption keys list.
How To Use
Setting a key
After a key is added to the list open the White List and specify the encryption key to use when sending a email to this particular entry. Note: it will not work with wild card White List entries.
Setting an encryption key to use on a white list entry tells emailAI Pro what encryption key to use for decryption for that particular entry. This is not necessary however it can speed up processing as emailAI Pro does not have to search through all available keys to find the matching decryption key.
