Email Ring Tones

Overview

emailAI allows the assignment of a wave file to play depending on who the sender of an email is through the White List, or who the email is addressed to based on "Local Account" setups.

Ring tones are a great way to hear who an email is from or sent to without having to open the inbox.

There is many a time where you hear the familiar new email sound but it doesn't say who it is from, now with ring tones you'll know and can keep doing your active work if the email is unimportant or jump to it straight away if it is an email you have been waiting for.

emailAI Junior and the Outlook 2007 plugin support ring tones which allow you to have the wave files play on computers in different rooms or locations, even if that computer doesn't even have email.
