Email History

Overview

The email history window is accessible on the various queue displays.

The email history window explains what has happened to an individual email (envelope) while progressing through the emailAI Pro engine.

The history window also shows where the email orginally came from, the IP address of the server and what hops it took to get to your server.

TIP: the history window is a great way to find out why a paritcular email got through the system or why it didn't. If you find you have spam being delivered check the history of that particular email to find out why.
