Auto Responders

Overview

Auto responders allow the setup of a pre-set reply in HTML or Plain text for emails arriving on a certain account. This is useful to give out details such as map directions, price lists or basic product support requirements. Auto responder can also be used for temporary "Out Of Office" notices, change of email address etc for individual user accounts.

 

How To Use

Setting an Auto Responder to use

Go to Local Accounts, select the account you wish to assign an auto responder to then select the auto responders tab and select an auto responder from the list.

Selects an existing auto responder

General

Description

The description of this auto responder

Text Version

A text version of the auto responder

HTML Version

A HTML version of the auto responder

Statistics

Shows when the auto responder was last send and how many times it has been sent

Action Buttons

Add New

Adds a new entry

Delete

Deletes the current entry

Save Changes

Saves the additions, deletions and changes made
