Validation Queue

Overview

The Validation Queue is where all incoming emails are held until they are successfully validated and delivered. The configuration options allow customization of some of the default behaviors.

General

Validation requests expire in

Sets how long the emailAI Pro engine will hold an email in the Validation Queue waiting for a Validation Request response.

Use quick email validation system

The emailAI Pro engine has the ability to quickly analyze an email address for validity, with this enabled the emailAI Pro engine will send emails to the Spam Queue that fail this test.

Deliver expired messages from validation list anyway

Expired messages (emails awaiting validation passed the Validation Request time) are normally sent to the Spam Queue, with this enabled however they would be sent for delivery.

Black list sender if validation request expires

When an email Validation Request expires it typically means the sender of the email never existed as they never replied to the validation request. On expiration with this enabled the email is sent to spam and the sender of the email is added to the black list.

Default Queue Display Time

The default time subtracted from the current date to go back to when showing the validation queue.

Direct Email Address Verification

Most ISP's block port 25 traffic to reduce spam this makes it difficult for the normal user to validate directly back to the SMTP server than sent you an email to ensure that the sender is real.

If your ISP doesn't block port 25 you can use the emailAI Pro direct delivery feature to avoid this issue.

If your ISP blocks port 25 you can activate the direct email validation by using a PHP script hosted on a server that doesn't have a port 25 block. If you do not have a server we can provide one for you.

Use direct email address verification

When enabled emailAI Pro will perform an SAV (Sender Address Verify) check on incoming email via the direct email validation script.

The host name of the server hosting the validation script.

The password to use the validation script.
