Notifications

Overview

Notifications are sent for various options from the emailAI Pro Engine.

General

Send Notifications To

Select a POP Account or a Local Address account for where to send notifications to. It is important to set this account for various other features of the emailAI Pro engine to know where responses should be sent. Typically this would be set to the postmasters account.

Bad email notifications

If an email is received that can not be recorded in the database for some reason a notification is sent. Note : It is unlikely that this option would ever be used. It is a redundent option from debugging/testing new featuers.

Validation queue summaries

Send validation queue summaries. The summary is in HTML format.

Spam queue summaries

Send spam queue summaries each day. The summary is in HTML format.

White List summaries

Send white list summaries each day. The summary is in HTML format. The summary contains information about active white list entries.

Black List summaries

Send black list summaries each day. The summary is in HTML format. The summary contains information about active black list entries.

Maintenance summaries

Send maintenance summies each day. The summary is in HTML format. The maintenance summary contains information about general statistics, database size and error notifications.

Maintenance

Next run date

The date and time the maintenance will next run. Note it is best to set this to an off peak time for better performance.

Last run date

The date and time maintenance last executed.
