emailAI Pro Outlook 2007 Plugin - White List
Overview
The outlook 2007 plugin will automatically add recipients of emails sent through Outlook to the emailAI Pro white list. Outlook contacts can also be added to the white list by using the right click menu on a contact within outlook.
The White List contains email address entries that will allow emails from that particular sender to be automatically validated as well as a number of other functions like statistics, individual ringtones, encryption keys and delivery receipt management.
Whie List entries may contain wild cards to which senders can partially match to be accepted. For instance adding %microsoft.com would automatically match to any sender with their email address that ends in microsoft.com. Adding %sale% would allow any email address that had the word 'sale' in it.
Note: wild cards do not work with extended features such as ringtones and encryption.
A sender may match to more than a single entry, ie if msmith@microsoft.com and %microsoft.com is on the White List and emailAI Pro received an email from msmith@microsoft.com the entry would be matched and their individual statistics increased.
emailAI Pro will not automatically white list any email addresses that are in local accounts or match local domains. This is true even if a validation receipt is received. If people outside the organisation use internal domains or local accounts to email internally ensure they are either on the "Allowed to Relay List" and they email directly by the emailAI Pro server. Alternatively use a Keyword in the email that is setup in the keyword list or configure a Rule to accept them based on the email headers. White list entries can still be made manually through the console.

Toolbar Options
Each List display offers a toolbar about each allowing access to various functions. Hovering the mouse over each of the toolbar icons will display further details on that action. Some actions are only available after an entry in the List Display is actually selected. The options can also be selected by clicking the right mouse button on a mouse. Each toolbar button has an associated hot key which can also be used to access the option. The shortcut keys are displayed in the right click popup menu.
