Status Log

Overview

The status log records information about what is happening in the emailAI Pro engine which you can review in it's various sections.

The log can be disabled through configuration. Purging of the log occurs after so many days specified in configuration.

Columns

Date

The date and time the log entry occurred.

Description

The description of the log entry

Category

The category of the log entry

emailID

The emialID if available to which the log entry is related to

Status

The section the log entry is made into

Log Sections

All

Displays all sections

SMTP Incoming

Information about incoming SMTP traffic.

SMTP Outgoing

Information about outgoing SMTP traffic

POP Incoming

Information about incoming POP traffic. Ie email being collected by the emailAI engine from POP Accounts

POP Outgoing

Information about POP outgoing traffic. Ie from email clients that are collecting mail from the emailAI Pro engine

General

General log entries

Alert

Alerts are non serious errors or information that may need attending to

Notices

Tool actions and system maintenance gets recorded under notices

White List

Log entries in regards to white list entries being made, matched or removed

Black List

Log entries in regards to black list entries being made, matched or removed

Keywords

Log entries in regards to keywords being matched

Rules

Log entries in regards to rules being matched

COMMS Server

Log entries in regards to COMMS Server traffic (emailAI Junior)

Web Server

Log entries in regards to Web Server traffic

IMAP Server

Log entries in reagrds to IMAP Server traffic

Tool Bar Options

 

Export Log
Exports the selected log details

 

Delete
Deletes the selected log viewable items - ie selected date range

 

Delete All
Deletes the entire log

 

Refresh
Refresh's the log
