Spam Queue
Overview
The Spam Queue holds all emails that have been determined as SPAM.
emailAI Pro determines emails as SPAM by one of the following methods
- The sender of the email is on the Black List *
- The email never receives a validation response after a validation request is made within the time allocated to the validation request
- The email receives a bounce when sending a validation request to the sender
- The email is manually sent to the Spam Queue
- The senders email's address is determined invalid
- The email is over the AI Filters threshold
- The sender of the email is on a country block list *
- The sender of the email is on a DSNBL block list *
- A rule sent the email to spam
- The email failed a SAV check *
- A url in the content of the email is on the SURBL block list *
* Only applies to POP retrieved emails when the POP delete on server option is not selected. When the POP delte on server option is enabled the emails are deleted and not downloaded. When emails are received directly by SMTP the checks marked prevent the email from actually being delivered.
