SMTP Outgoing - Sent Queue
Overview
The SMTP Outgoing sent queue holds emails that have been sent by the emailAI Pro engine.
Columns
ID
The unique ID assigned to the email
From
The addresses in the From Address line of the email. This may not actually be who the email was really from, it just reflects the from address line.
Entered
The date the email entered the SMTP queue process.
To
The address in the To Address line of the original email. This may not actually be who the email was really to, see the destination column for that information.
Subject
The subject of the original email
To Address
The email address the email is addressed to.
Type
The type of email. The type varies depending on the particular email. Eg : Validation Request, Delivery Receipt, Mailing List, Relayed Mail, Forwarded Mail etc.
Toolbar Options
Each Queue display offers a toolbar about each allowing access to various functions. Hovering the mouse over each of the toolbar icons will display further details on that action. Some actions are only available after an entry in the Queue Display is actually selected. The options can also be selected by clicking the right mouse button on a mouse. Each toolbar button has an associated hot key which can also be used to access the option. The shortcut keys are displayed in the right click popup menu.
