Encryption Keys
Overview
Emails as people are aware are sent across the internet in perfect view of anyone in between that may decide to look at them. emailAI Pro has an option that allows you to automatically encrypt emails addressed to certain people on the "White List" by a certain pre-defined encryption key. You can setup as many different encryption keys as you wish and give these to your recipients. If they have emailAI Pro they simply add them to their encryption key list and emailAI Pro will automatically decrypt the emails coming into them. If they don't have emailAI Pro they can use "Digital Fortress" to decode the email. Details of where to get digital fortress and instructions for its use are in the email they receive that is encrypted. Privacy is important, with emailAI Pro's 128bit advanced email encryption technology means emails from you to your clients can be 100% protected from prying eyes and virus manipulation.
The emailAI Pro Engine will automatically encrypt emails sent to entries on the white list that have an encryption key set. Emails are automaitically decrypted if an available decryption key is in the encryption keys list.
Note: you can also do on the fly encrypting by inserting #encrypt <keyDescription> in front of the subject on your emails. This will automatically encrypt the email with the key specified. eg : #encrypt myKey This is going to be an encrypted email.
How To Use
Setting a key
After a key is added to the list you open your White List and simply specify the encryption key to use when sending and email to this particular entry. Note: it will not work with wild card White List entries.
You should also select an ecryption key to use if that particular entry on your white list send you encrypted email. White this is not necessary it can speed up processing as the system knows which key to use for email coming from that sender.
