emailAI Pro Jnr

Overview

emailAI Pro Jnr an optional user client is designed to give an indication to users on new mail arrival while also enabling features such as sending voice mail, ring tone alerts and popup alerts on the desktop.

One of the major features is the activation of ring tones so a computer system can audibly alert a user when a new email arrives. Audible alerts can be different depending on who an email was from or who an email was addressed to. For example you can record people names and have the computer say "New Email from Steve" when an email is received from "Steve" email address.

emailAI Pro Jnr runs in the system tray and a small interface is available on selecting the icon.

Deployment

emailAI Pro Jnr uses one click deployment and automatically looks for updates when they are available ensuring the users are always using the latest version.
