emailAI Pro Console

Overview

emailAI Pro Console is used to configure and monitor the emailAI Pro Engine. The console also supports individual user login which allows the console to be deployed to individual users to allow management of the validation, spam and other queues applicable to that user. Depending on security settings individual users may also control the White List and Black List. Individual account details such as key words, mail forwarding and other account specific options are also configurable through the console.

Deployment

emailAI Pro uses one click deployment and automatically (can be disabled) looks for updates when they are available ensuring the user is always using the latest version.

Interfaces of the Console

Email Preview

Email Preview allows viewing an email directly from a queue such as the validation queue before it is delivered allowing the user to make a determined choice on what to do with the email. The email is previewed in a safe enclosed environment ensuring that scripts and other possible virus infection methods are not possible.

Advanced Log Review

Advanced Log Review allows a user to review all the different logs that the emailAI Pro Engine has been recording. There are several logs available including SMTP Log, POP Logs, IMAP Logs, Web Logs, General Logs etc.

Email Explorer

Email Explorer allows a user to look at individual components of an email in a particular queue. The explorer also allows the user to see the "RAW" email including the headers.

Voice Mail

Voice Mail allows a user to quickly compose a voice email and send it. The voice mail feature has built in recording options so it is just a matter of a single click, record the email and another click to send it.

Email History

All emails received by the emailAI Pro Engine have individual history logs kept for them. With the Email History function a user is able to review these logs.

White List / Black List Management

Allows full management of the White and Black List

Mailing List Management

Allows full management of mailing lists and mailing groups.

Process Execution

Allows management of processes to execute on receipt of certain emails along with the necessary security options.

Phrase Based Responders

Allows management of the phrase based responders.

File Retrieval System

Allows management of the file retrieval system.

Local Account Management

Allows management of local accounts and the relevant details.

POP Account Management

Allows management of POP Accounts the emailAI Pro Engine will retrieve mail from

Configuration

All the general configuration options for the various parts of the engine are managed through the configuration interface of the emailAI Pro Console

Auto Responders

Allows management of the auto responders.

Location Blocking

Allows the management of what locations the emailAI Pro Engine will not accept emails from.

Encryption Key Management

Allows the management of encryption keys which can be issued to email recipients.

Queue Display Interface

Allows viewing and manipulation of the various queues in emailAI Pro such as the Validation, Spam and Delivered queues.

Real Time Status Display

Allows viewing in real time what the emailAI Pro Engine is currently doing.

AI Filter Analysis

Allows the running of the AI Filter on a particular queue to see what ranking an email gets in terms of whether it is spam or not.

 

Firewall Considerations

emailAI Pro Console uses the following ports by default.

  • Communication Server Port 8890
  • SQL Communications Via TCP Port 1433 if SQL installed on a remote machine
