Account Preview

Overview

Account preview allows you to preview what's in a POP mailbox before it is downloaded. emailAI Pro will pre-filter what is in the POP mail box when the Account Preview option is turned on for that particular account in account management.

The following happens when emailAI Pro previews an account using account preview

emailAI Pro will accept emails from it that are on the white list or contain a keyword in the header

emailAI Pro will mark emails for deletion that are on the black list or fail the email verification check (if enabled). These emails are not deleted at this stage they are just flagged to be and loaded into the account preview.

All other emails are sent to the account preview system.

Using the Account Preview tool an operator can then see all the emails awaiting action. To accept the default options for all emails the system allows for easy selection by clicking on the first item, holding the shift and clicking on the last item to select the range, or simply hold down the CTRL key and click on several items then press the appropriate action button.

Account preview is especially useful if you have a secondary MX backup POP mailbox which spammers will typically target if they fail to deliver via the primary.
